Upon graduation, each student is provided with two certified copies of their final transcript. Ontario Student Transcripts are also available to all former and current students upon request. If you require an official or electronic copy of your Ontario Student Transcript from Rockland District High School, please contact the school main office. You should be prepared with the following information:
1. Your complete first and last name while in attendance at Rockland District High School;
2. Your date of birth;
3. Reason for request (i.e. University, College, Employment, or other);
4. Contact information: email address, mailing address, phone number.
• Please note that, for students who have been out of school for more than one year, a fee of $5.00, will be charged for each certified copy, payable to the school by cash or cheque. If Priority Post is required, an additional $5.00 will apply. There is no charge for photocopies or electronic copies.
• Due consideration needs to be given to creating weekly schedules of school office hours during July and August to ensure that these tasks – and other summer-based practices – are attended to.
